① Exporter and importer columns: company name, address and contact must be in English

② Appointment inspection column: inspection time, location, contact person, contact information must be in Chinese

③ Shipping information column: country of origin, packaging and quantity, port of discharge, shipping method, invoice number and date

④ Continuation column: HS code, quantity, model, product description must be filled in, brand if available, no need to write

3. Packing list:

① Importer Exporter Company name Address Contact ②Invoice number and date ③HS, product name, product quantity, net weight, gross weight, model

4. Invoice:

①Importer exporter company name, address and contact information ②Invoice number and date ③Product name, product quantity, value, model

All application materials are subject to the information on the packing list invoice.
