Iran COC Certification

Most industrial products, equipment and machinery imported into Iran need to follow the compulsory certification procedures established by ISIRI (Iran Standards and Industrial Research Institute). Iran's import regulations are complex and require a lot of documentation. For details, please refer to the Iranian Compulsory Certification Product List to understand the products that must undergo the ISIRI "Conformity Verification" procedure. The products mentioned in this list can only obtain the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issued by ISIRI on the basis of the "Conformity Verification" provided by the Iranian government-approved inspection company (such as cotecna); and the Certificate of Conformity issued by ISIRI is a necessary document for customs clearance of goods. As an importer, you must confirm with the Iranian government authorities whether the products you import must follow the compulsory certification procedures and provide the relevant documents required for certification. At the same time, some industrial projects funded by Iranian commercial banks require price verification certificates for the products involved in their procurement to prove that the cost of the project is within a reasonable market price range.

Step 1: Provide the inspection code first (usually the importer applies to the local inspection agency in Iran, or we assist in the application)

Step 2: The exporter submits a completed application form (provided by our company, the customer fills in as required), invoice, packing list, buyer information, customs code

Step 3: The exporter submits the prepared information to our company

Step 4: We arrange inspectors to inspect the goods on site

Step 5: After the inspection is completed, the exporter submits the final packing list and final invoice to our company

Step 6: According to the final packing list and final invoice, our company issues the Iran VOC/COC certificate
